We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with TranscriptX for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

To be eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time subscriber to the paid plan
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • You must provide a brief reason for the refund request

Refund Eligibility After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits or extractions that have been used or consumed

Refund Processing

  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Subscription Cancellations
