The TranscriptX platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Transcripts extracted belong to the original content creators and are subject to YouTube's terms of service.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
  • Accuracy of extracted transcripts
  • Availability of transcripts for all videos
  • Compatibility with all third-party services

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
